Located in the centre of Tallinn, the Solaris shopping centre offers a good variety of shops, restaurants, a movie theatre and Nordea Kontserdimaja, a concert venue for over 1800 people. Solaris is modern and in recent years has finally found its ‘place’ in Tallinn’s shopping centre. For a relatively long time, it seemed to be mostly aimed at young people (teenagers), but little by little it has transformed its offerings, and today for example a health food store, bakery and cheese shop Juustukuningad
can be found there.
There are also a couple of electonics stores (Sony Centre & Apple) and other businesses worth mentioning are cafeteria Kohvik Komeet, the cinema Solaris Kino and bookshop Apollo, which by the way is one of the most stylish bookshops.
The shopping centre is open daily from 9am to 11pm. The shops are open from 10am to 9pm, restaurants from 10am to 11pm and Solaris’ grocery store from 9am to 11pm.
The location of Solaris can be found on the Tallinn map below.
